Diplomatic Tennis Association of Manila. Although I'm not a diplomat, the group has been opened up this year to pretty much anyone working for an international company (or spouse). Most of the members work for government agencies or non-profit groups (I try not to say that my wife works for an oil company too loudly). A lot of middle-aged folks who are very crafty at playing tennis. Most are not the hardest of hitters but will rally with you until you make an error. Over the weekend we played a tournament against Camp Crame which is a tennis club located on the campus of the Philippine National Police Force. My first time playing on a clay surface. We lost to CCTC but it was a fun event. The hospitality was great which is what I am learning to appreciate from this culture.
