We took a long-weekend trip to the island of Bohol. It's about a one-hour plane ride from Manila. Nice to get away from the city and enjoy some cooler tropical weather. Bohol is famous for two things: Tarsiers (world's smallest primate) and the Chocolate Hills (scenic landscape of unusual geological formations). We stayed at a small resort called Amarela which is right on the southern shore of Panglao Island. Lots of cool things to see around here. Boys had a good time exploring and finding interesting creatures along the beach.
