Pope Francis

So there is a lot of buzz around Manila because the Pope is coming to visit next week. Businesses and schools will be shut down and apparently the congestion and traffic will be crazy. Catholicism is huge here and people will be coming in from all parts of the Philippines just to get a glance at the Pope. I came across this headline and couldn't help but read the full article.

If you'd rather not read the article, it basically says that traffic enforcers will be required to wear diapers so that they can go to the bathroom while standing on the job. Wha What?? Maybe the funniest part of the article is the chairman of the traffic enforcement agency suggesting that everyone who comes to see the Pope also wear diapers. I guess that's how crowded it will be. So how long should these traffic enforcers be expected to work in a soggy diaper? And what if they need to go #2?
