Typhoon Lando has now been upgraded to a super-typhoon. In Manila we've had quite a bit of wind and rain over the past 24 hours. But we are still out of reach from most of the damage that will hit landfall. The northeastern provinces are expected to be the hardest hit over the next couple of days. Inevitably, there will be a big impact on homes, infrastructure, and agricultural crops. Hopefully, there will be minimal lost lives along the way.
