The Journey Continues: We have been given the opportunity to live in Manila for the next three years! Grace will be taking on a new role as Finance Manager and I will continue suffering as an ex-pat spouse. But seriously, I'm hoping to do some work and keep my PT brain and hands going so I don't forget everything. A great place to come and visit. We'd love to have you over or meet up somewhere in Asia.

Face Mask
I guess it's so common that you get used to it quickly. Food servers are usually wearing a plastic shield that covers their mouth. Kinda looks like a pair of upside down laboratory goggles. I guess it makes sense but just looks a little funny. As usual, I had to sneak a picture with my phone - pretending to be reading something on my phone with my thumb on the trigger. This is at a Japanese place called Yabu. Really good tonkatsu (and wasabi salad dressing). You even grind your own sesame seeds in a small stone mortar and add your sauce to it. Keeps the kiddos busy while waiting for the food. Double bonus.
