The Journey Continues: We have been given the opportunity to live in Manila for the next three years! Grace will be taking on a new role as Finance Manager and I will continue suffering as an ex-pat spouse. But seriously, I'm hoping to do some work and keep my PT brain and hands going so I don't forget everything. A great place to come and visit. We'd love to have you over or meet up somewhere in Asia.

Manila Thanksgiving
I'm very thankful for many things this year. Even though we are miles away from family and friends back at home, there are still so many undeserved blessings that we are lavished with. Both physical and spiritual. The gospel knows no bounds. And even though the comforts of this world are not promised to us, we rejoice in all things and all circumstances. To be honest, there are lots of things about living in Manila that are made easier than being back at home. I hope we don't take that for granted. And I also hope that we find very deep significance in the time we are spending here. I can say this so far. We are closer as a family than we have ever been. With the boys growing up so fast I'd say the timing has been sweet. Definitely thankful for this. We got to celebrate Thanksgiving with some fellow American co-workers. No kim chee on the table but still nice to have some real turkey :)
