The Journey Continues: We have been given the opportunity to live in Manila for the next three years! Grace will be taking on a new role as Finance Manager and I will continue suffering as an ex-pat spouse. But seriously, I'm hoping to do some work and keep my PT brain and hands going so I don't forget everything. A great place to come and visit. We'd love to have you over or meet up somewhere in Asia.

Communication 101
Yesterday I told Rose (trying to be helpful) that maybe this week we could have tacos and lasagna on the dinner menu. The boys were getting used to "Taco Tuesday Night". So we sit down for dinner in the evening and I notice she made BOTH tacos and lasagna (from scratch)! Oh boy. Poor thing must've been thinking "This crazy man is so demanding". So I apologized and told her that we could eat the lasagna the next night so that she didn't have to prepare another dinner. Maybe you're thinking "silly ex-pat problem". Fair enough. But a lesson learned. Be more specific than you think you should be.
