Maybe this speaks about the Asian culture in general? I don't know. But when I think of the "19th hole" I picture nachos and beer inside a clubhouse. One of the local golf courses here has a "19th Hole Salon". In case you wanted a facial, mani/pedi, or hair rebonding after your round. Prices are good (90 pesos for a haircut which is $2). Just not sure who exactly is providing the services. Could be the same guy getting you a bucket of balls.
