Mayon Volcano

Looks like there could be a significant volcanic eruption in the Philippines soon. Manila is more than 200 miles away so we are definitely not in the danger zone. But sounds like 50,000 people in the neighboring areas of the volcano are being evacuated. I like the realism in the article below. The eruptions are actually a boost to the local tourism. Hopefully if there's a big eruption the damage will be minimal.
