Shake It Up

Lots of trendy things make their way through the Philippines. We were just recently at the mall when this kiosk caught our family's attention. I know there are vibration plates at many of the local gyms in town. Here's a home version of the same concept. It's probably not audible in the video but the sales guy is telling Grace that you can burn 120 calories by standing on this thing for 10 minutes. I'm definitely not a believer. There is some scientific research that has been done on vibration exercise machines, but nothing that says you should feel validated by buying one of these things.
