There aren't any signs of the American holiday here in the Philippines, but this week the boys (all 4 of them) attended a summer camp put on by the US Embassy. The summer camp was held at the American Recreation Club which is about 20 minutes away from our place. The camp was small and most of the kids that attended are students at ISM (International School of Manila). So Chase and Toby already had some classmates that were also campers. At first the boys were a little hesitant about going but by the end of the week, they wanted to sign up again for next week. Luckily the camp is held for 8 weeks over the summer. So by popular demand, they may be headed back there on Monday. We'll see. No fireworks here, but thinking about family and friends back at home.
