Apparently they do celebrate Halloween here. At least according to Toys R Us. I still remember when we first told the boys that we were moving to Angola. Chase's first question was "Do they celebrate Halloween there?". We must have told them around this time of year. We'll be traveling to Thailand during Halloween so it'll be interesting to see if there are any signs of ghosts and goblins over there.
