Not just any pork bun, but a pork sisig bun. I know. Two food posts in the same week. Apologies. I really wanted a chance to write about sisig which is usually served on a hot platter. Sisig is typically made from different parts of a pig's head and liver and cooked with chili peppers and a lime sauce. It tastes way better than it sounds. Trust me. I try not to eat it too often but when I do it's a special treat. You can usually find it at most local Filipino restaurants (not fancy ones), food courts, and even in the frozen food section of the grocery store. A must try if you have a chance.
